bump,
same question I have created some test accounts to allow practise and training of team captains...
so how/where can you remove/delete/un-invite members who are no longer part of the club team(s).
I can only see the 'Remove as player' option, which I presume is for say selectors having an account.
I'm sure it's there somewhere.....

You can't actually delete players at the moment...
Essentially once players get selected they are tied to fixtures and we'd like to keep a complete record, so you can see what teams we're fielded and chart a players progress. So players will be made unactive or archived if you like once they leave the club, leaving the mark they made intact. We're dealing with this at the moment, and hope to have it all live in the next month or so. Obviously you will be able to actually delete players who never get selected. In the meantime you can just remove them as players and this gets them out of selection.
I've attached a ticket to this thread, so you'll be informed when its finished.

Hello,
the problem still exists, that old players can not be removed,, the problem here is that they still receive all the emails when in fact they don't want them as they are nolonger in the club..
when will this be fixed ??

Sorry for the delay. While deleting players may seem simple, it involves archiving them if they are no longer playing but do want some level of involvement. This essentially boils down to roles and how every type of person interacts with clubhouse, whether player, admin, parent, junior, alumni, of which one person can be several. This has ramifications across the app and thus we have not rushed a feature out. Development should definitely have been more staged though given how important this feature is, many apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
Deleting and archiving players will be available in version 1.4 which is due for release on or around the 9th May.

But in the mean time if I give you some names could you remove them for
me, as their is a conflict of interest at the moment with
players who have changed clubs and are still receiving information...

I've removed those players for you. There still members of Clubhouse but temporarily have no affilation to MRFC so they can't login and won't receive any mail. Once 1.4 is released they will be listed as alumni within the club.
