Fixtures & Photos
Hi Clubhouse,
I notice that when I have listed all our clubs fixtures the order
that they appear on the page is last game (in this case 2010) is at
the top of the page. Is there anyway this order can be
reversed?
Also, when our members attempt to install their photograph along
side their profile all we get is a black box where the photo should
be, what have we done wrong? Regards, Steve

Steve,
Yes we can reverse the fixtures. I'm not sure why there ordered like this to be honest, a simple oversight. As for the pictures we are currently in the process of upgrading our picture service and we are having a few problems with resizing the images. Both the your suggestion and the picture problem have been assigned to a developer and are being worked on.

Hi Clubhouse,
I have been away from my club for a few weeks now and sadly on my return I see that the photographs issue I raised July 16 still has not been resolved even though it has been issued 2 ticket numbers (248 & 217).
Could I please have some feedback please.
On the other hand I see that the other matter I raised regarding the fixtures formatting order has been corrected, thank you.

Steve,
Apologies for this issue not being resolved. We have had some more pressing issues to resolve with selection and availability and I'm afraid these had to take precedence over the photograph issue. It is next on the agenda though, and should be resolved soon. I will contact when it is.

Hi Steve
Just a quick note to say I've finally had the time to fix the profile pictures and improve the process for the future. All black profile images should now appear as expected. For all new profile images we will work with Gravatar[1] this is to hopefully provide an easier and more reliable feature for all our users.
